When I am driving with the lights on the gauge lights blink. But when I am stopped they don't. During the daylight hours the amp gauge in fine. The constant voltage regulator has been changed and also voltage regulator for Alternator. What could be causing this?

Thanks.

Which gauge light are you referring to? And is it just the illumination light for that gauge only?

It is the illumination lights but it for all gauges not just one. When I am driving the alternator needle is bouncing only when lights are on.
