This car has been sitting in a garage for 12 years and does not run at this time. I tried to push the vehicle out of the garage and did move it about 4 feet before it simply would not move. I placed in neutral several times and also released the emergency brake several times but no luck. I, with much effort, was able to push it back 4 feet to its original home. Any thoughts?

Check for frozen parking brake cables, frozen wheel cylinders, fluid contamination.
