1962 Ford Thunderbird Horn Does Work There Noise Whn Pressed Would This

My horn does not work at all,there is no noise whn pressed.Would this problem be the horn relay?

It could be the switch, the relay, the horn or any of the related wiring. The circuit would have to be troubleshooted using a wiring diagram.

Do this find the horn it will have a small wire terminal on it,remove it and then apply battery voltage to it from the battery positive post with another wire and see if the horn blows. Let me know
