1962 Galaxie Sunliner 390 4 bbl cranks but won't start. I did light test to + side of coil and it is good, but not getting spark, I already replaced points, condenser, rotor, distributor cap. What should I check next? Should I replace plugs and wires?

You should test the plug wires with a multimeter. Just check for continuity or you can check resistancte. I bleieve 1000 milliohms per foot is about average, but I am not sure off the top of my head. The continutiy test will let you know if they are at least able to carry spark.
Make sure you don't have to distributor 180 degrees of time. That or the spark plug wires out of order will cause that kind of situation.
