Have replaced coil, points, condenser, fuel pump. Engine still cut out at 50 mph in high gear. 45 in 2nd no problem High rpm in neutral - runs fine. Just not at 50 on highway

Whe you replaced the points, how did you set them? Did you do it by gap or did you use a dwell meter?

I set them with a dwell meter. The engine is a flathead 6. I set the dwell at 30 point gap 0.020 Should I advance or retart the timing?

The dwell doesn't sound right. It has been a long time, but if I remember correctly, 28 - 32 degrees dwell sounds like it is for a V8. Double check that.
