Hi Guys, a little while back maybe 200 miles ago the A/C started blowing warmish air, checked the fuse box and found the A/C clutch 10-amp fuse had blown, I have not been able to test if the clutch is the culprit or if it’s the wiring, as it’s a bit of a challenge to get to put fingers on it due to its location, I would like if possible if you could point me interest right direction, it would be mighty helpful.
Thanks in advance,
Richard

This fuse blows when the A/C compressor clutch shorts out here is how to change the coil out or you can just replace the compressor these guides can help, and I have included instructions for your car in the images below.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/comprehensive-guide-how-to-replace-an-ac-compressor-clutch-on-a-car

and this is for vacuuming down the system:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Awesome, it’s actually what I thought was the issue, one more thing would it be possible to send me the removal and installation guide for the timing belt, as it is due, and I may as well tackle both projects at the same time.

Hi,

We would be happy to get that information for you. However, I have a favor. Is it possible for you to start a new post for that procedure? We try to keep each thread specific to one type of issue and vehicle type so that it is more helpful to others. I hope you understand.

Copy and paste your question to a new post.

Here is a link that will take you to the page:

https://www.2carpros.com/questions/new

Again, I hope you understand.

Take care,

Joe
