Soon as I shift the car in the drive the 10A gauge fuse pops

When I start the car up everything works fine, soon as I shift the car in the drive the 10A gauge fuse pops, the lights on the dash shut off and the dash goes dead. Basically everything the fuse controls shuts off.

You need to check that circuit for a short either in switch or wiring.

That is part of the switch that is on the transmission.
