Ten bolt rear differential gasket

I replace the rear gasket with a Felpro gasket on your video on the Tahoe differential. you do not have to cut the gasket do you have to cut it on the Silverado or is it okay just to mount it.

you can use silicone RTV as well just put sealer on inside of bolts where it will still make contact with differential pan. or just mount the one you have.
