1.0 12 valve engine problems

I can't put my foot on throttle fully I have to hold throtle in certain position to build revs wen throttle fully down engine pulls back revs will only go to 4000rpm and when car is first started its realy hesitant on throttle

scan for codes and check fuel pressure first, we have no info on this care though
