Codes PO128, PO463, Anti-theft system reset

When I unlock the driver's side door with the key to open the car alarm goes off: I lock the door from inside the driver's side door. No stock radio, PO463.

Does the alarm go off if you use the key to lock the door from the outside when you lock the vehicle? When you lock the door with the button you are arming the system as if you are locking yourself inside the vehicle.

However, when you lock the door using the key, it knows you are on the exterior of the vehicle and then when you unlock the vehicle using the key, the alarm should not go off.

If you use the button to lock the vehicle and then the alarm goes off, it should shut off when you start the engine with the key. Is that true?

As for the fuel level sensor. I am attaching the testing below for this code.
