Codes 0700 and 765 and is in limp mode

Second gear only. refuses to up shift. The one code indicated that there was issue with shift solenoid. i found a kit online that supplied the entire solenoid pack, input and out put speed sensors, filter and pan gasket. i got them put them all on and still limp mode. what is your opinion of what should be my next move on this car?

P0700 - Tran Control System MIL Request
P0765 - UD Solenoid Circuit

The P0765 is your issue and most likely you have a wiring issue. I included the complete testing for you to run through to find where the issue is. Take a look at the theory of operation and it explains what is happening which will help understand what the issue could be.
