Vehicle runs hot need to remove the radiator cooling fans

runs hot. How do remove radiator cooling fans?

I assume you have checked everything electrical like fuses and relays and the coolant level does not go down due to a head gasket problem etc. there are five relays for fan and also make sure cylinder head temperature sensor is working. as well as dropping resistor on left hand front of engine compartment. see pictures for removal.
