Hi Crystal,
I just want to make sure I understand the issue, the engine cranks but will not start and all your gauges will not operate?
If so, your gauges are all communication network inputs from the PCM. I would suggest we start with chasing the no start issue because that may fix the gauge issue as well. The way they work is the sensor sends a signal to the PCM and then the PCM sends a signal to the cluster to display what the sensor is telling it.
Let's start with testing for spark and fuel. Measure fuel pressure at the rail while cranking and then just pull a spark plug and hold it against the block and see if you have spark.
Depending on the results we can pick path to go do. Also, check to see if you have any codes. This will short cut a lot of the testing if you do. Let me know and we can go from there. Thanks
