random electrical problems

my hazard lights flash out of nowhere, without the button being pressed, the horn sounds nonstop without being pressed.all my lights on dashboard flash on and off with a buzzing static sound in the background. i have had to disconnect my horn and take off my hazard fuse i need help cant be driving like this what can the problem be?

make sure terminal ends on battery are clean and no corrosion then check battery to body ground near battery. also, check ground at left end of dash for loose or loose screw/s finally check engine grounds. if none of that works have a mechanic scan for codes to see if he can find something that auto parts cannot.
