'05 popping and losing power after 3rd gear

I have a slightly modded '05 Magnum R/T with straight pipe long tube headers ( rolling thunder exhaust ) and a Mopar cold air intake and a lowering kit and some other mods and lately I've noticed it losing power, and once I get past 3rd gear the car pops. It has a slap stick so its Auto/Man when I want. Today also tied to do a burn out and the car was making a popping noise so I stopped trying to do a burn out wtf should I do because I love that car and it isn't performing right?

If the car revs fine in park or neutral and only has problems when you're driving or trying to do a burnout, then it sounds like the problem is probably in the transmission. Check your fluid for darkness and a burnt smell.
