I do not think my battery is bad given that I can turn on radio, lights, windows inside the car. When I start I hear a faint crank, but vehicle wont start (see video). Is this a bad starter? battery? or something else?

just because you can have lights does not mean a battery is good, it needs a load test done most places do for free. it could be starter if you have an assistant hit body of starter with a hammer while trying to start if starter works it is probably bad.

Thank you for the speedy reply! Hoping its just the battery. If I jump the vehicle's battery, and it starts. would that indicate that this is likely a battery problem? and not necessarily starter? i figured i would start there and if i get same outcome of not starting then i can move on in trying to diagnose potential starter problem.

if you jump it and it starts it is a great possibility it is the battery. Most places test for free but make sure battery terminal ends are clean as that can do it as well.
