How to remove and replace the A/C hoses?

The rubber part of the A/C line under the car that you can see when it is up on the lift right near the bend of the line has sprung a leak and all the freon is discharged. Going to head to pick apart to try and get a different hose. I'm wondering how to disconnect this hose. Will I need a special tool? And is there something feasible that a non-mechanic (me on a scale of 1 through 10 as far as knowledge in auto mechanics goes, I would say I'm a three maybe four) thank you for your time and assistance with this.

Yep, you should be able do the repair, just watch this video before you begin but if there is something you are not sure of leave it to the pros.

Here is how the line is run but you may need to remove some shields or brackets to replace the line, if you can't find a used line an AC repair shop should be able to fix the line for you.
