Which fuse or fuses is it blowing and when? As soon as you turn the ignition key on or when you turn the heat or blower fan on?

Ok. It was blowing the heater fuse when the switch was turned on. So I found the resistor and plug were burned out. After replacing those two items and the blower motor itself, I am now not getting any power to them or the fuse block for that matter

I assume this is the "FRT BLWR" fuse in the center console fuse block. If so, it is fed from the IGN 3 relay (same fuse block) and that relay is fed from the ignition switch when the key is on run, the ignition switch is fed from "INKEY" fuse #42 in the same fuse block, then before that the "BATT" fuse #1 in the underhood fuse block. The other half of that IGN 3 relay is fed from the "IGN 3" fuse #47 in the underhood fuse block.
So, check all of those fuses and if there are all ok, try a new IGN 3 relay.
