Make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. If they are, I suspect the starter is bad. Here is a link that shows how to check a starter. Take a look through it and if possible, try the test indicated in this link:

If you can't test it, then I suggest removing it and having it bench tested at a parts store. Here are directions for removal and replacement of a starter:

I attached a picture which indicates the starter location.
