02 sensor before catalytic converter

Stripped bolt where it screws into exhaust manifold. What is the best way to get it off? Can I apply heat to loosen it up and take it off?

You can try heat but you may end up getting another catalytic converter. Try just to heat up the bung where it screws in.

Did you strip the head or the threads of the bolt, also a picture would really help us.
