The bolt for the passenger side timing belt pulley snapped?

Now where the pulley rests it looks like it was shaven off. Do I need to replace the entire cam or am I good to go?

Thanks for the image, I have never seen that before, the camshaft must be replaced to fix the problem, sorry. Here is how the job is done. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
