Heys guys, looking for some guidance I have the SE, SOHC model. Car will start up and run fine when cold but once it reaches operating temperature it begins idling rough and eventually stalls out. When I attempt to start the car back immediately it revs to 1500 rpm's for three to four seconds and stalls again just like shutting the key off. It does throw a cam position sensor code, but I am thinking this is a symptom of the rough idle/stall. I have removed the idle air control valve and throttle body and thoroughly cleaned both but this did nothing. I have read several threads and seems like it could be several different issues. Just wondering if anybody had any ideas where to start before I begin checking into the fuel system and replacing sensors. Thanks for the help!

Cam sensor can cause this but a good scan tool could check it, or an O-Scope to check its signal output. Also, check the wiring to the sensor. A broken/shorted wire can cause the same thing.
