01 stratus se coupe 3.0 crank no start?

I have changed the battery alternator fuel pump crankshaft position sensor checked fuses and relays changed spark plugs and still no start.. I did wash my engine off and it hasn't started since then but, the immobilizer might be the problem because when I crank it continues to have a flashing red light

So, the security light if flashing when you crank the engine over? If so this is the problem, the car is in security lock out. I would do a hard system reboot, this video will show you how and the car should start.
