car misfiring

02vw jetta 1.8t 90,500 miles. Car keeps misfing. replaced spark plugs and ignition coils. cleaned throttlebody too. works fine one minute, then runs poorly the next. leaking transmission fluid . adding half a quart once a week. could it be a bad vacuum hose.

It may very well be a vacuum leak and also it may be an injector among other things
Scan the car for code as that may help in pin pointing the trouble area
Also check mass air flow sensor
