Zero compression?

No start no compression before I turn the engine off, I was having no problems.

It sounds like you lost the timing chain, how does the engine sound when cranking over? I can tell for sure if you upload a short video of the engine cranking. Here is the timing chain I am talking about. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
