It started out as an intermitting issue but now runs on 3 cylinders all the time and runs super rich. I have replaced spark plugs, spark plug wires, and a new ignition coil that powers that cylinder but still no spark on number 4 cylinder. Just looking for a list of things other than what I have changed out of what it could be. Thank you for your help.

Your welcome the only thing left is the coil control since the other ones spark and you tried a new coil.I would have swaped the coils from left to right rather then replace the coil to find the bad ignition module. Those modules arent cheap for those. Make sure you get the module with two plugs going to it.
