The wrench light illuminated on my dash, and I started to get a bunch of errors. I turned my car off and back on and haven't gotten anything sense. This has happened to me twice within a week. Not sure what's happening. I doesn't seem like anything is wrong.

Hi,

If the light is coming on, there will be codes stored. When the light is on, take it to a parts store and have them scan for codes. Most parts stores will do it free of charge. If the light goes out when they check, there should be a history saved in the system.

Next, if the vehicle continues to run properly, there is a chance the problem may be related to the emission system. If that is where the cause is coming from, many of the items in that system are covered up to 80K, so don't have parts replaced until you confirm what is needed.

If I am correct, let me know and I'll try to figure out if it should be a covered component or sensor.

Take care,

Joe
