My truck is hesitating when you give it the gas and it dies out like its flooding itself but it only does it like one out of three times you give it gas, but its not running good enough to drive it and I changed the throttle body gasket and it fixed most to the problems I am having with it but this one.

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner. then check fuel pressure with a gauge if it continues.

Fuel pressure should 45-60 psi engine running and 50-60 psi key on only sounds like you have a bad pump.

Yes sure sounds like it, do the fuel filter too, I have seen where the fuel tank switching valve goes bad in those trucks as well. Please let us know what you find

Best, Ken
