Will not crank, will not start

I have no voltage to starter or injectors. Wondering if mobilizer needs resetting?

First, I have to tell you this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I have little to no technical information. However, if there is no power to the starter, have you checked fuses and the starter relay?
