The radio, A/C, battery and torque converter blink out and then come back on when turning left?

I have been having a problem with the wiring on the car that affects the radio, A/C, battery, and torque converter. Every time we turn the car to the left these things will blink out and then come back on. My mother is a licensed electrician, and she rewired the connection to the torque converter and the battery cables, but something is still shorting out every time we turn to the left. Can you help me please?

I have seen the battery have an internal short so I would change that out first to see what happens, also grasp the wiring harnesses and move them around to see if you can duplicate the problem which can help us pinpoint the issue. Also, I would run a CAN scan, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
