When you use the intermittent wipers, they do not complete a full sweep before stopping, so the effectively stop mid wipe. The slow and fast speed wipers work fine and park in the correct position when you turn them off. Am I looking at a new switch, relay or motor?

I would say this is more likely to be a fault with the motor.

If it is the switch the wipers would not work.
When the wiper parks correctly with other speeds, that would almost completely rule out the relay as the cause.

The easiest way is to get a replacement motor and plug it into the wiper connector to test
