Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros. Com. Since the wipers work when you wash the windshield, we know the motor and ground for the motor are good. The next easiest thing to check is the fuse. The first two pictures I have attached are of the fuse box (under hood) and fuse location and allocation. Take a look at that first.
If the fuse checks good and there is power to it, next check the wiper relay. Pictures 3 and 4 are related to that component.
If all tests correctly, then you need to check the switch itself. Here are the very basic directions for checking it. (See picture 5)

INSPECTION
Check for continuity between the terminals while operating the wiper and washer switch.
