Hi,
There is a chance the motor has failed or there is a wiring issue. If you look at the two pics below, they are the entire wiring schematic for the wiper system. I had to cut them in half to make them readable, but I did overlap them so you can follow from one to the next. I highlighted the motor wiring in pic 2.
What I need you to do is check for power at the motor itself. If there is power, chances are the motor is bad. If there is no power, we will need to work backwards to see where it is lost.

I realize you checked the fuses. In addition to their replacement, confirm there is power to and from them. Here is a link that explains how that is done:
