Windows, wipers, interior lights, trunk button wont work

I had took the stock stereo out yesterday and was trying to install aftermarket stereo. I snipped wires and one wire which was white/red had sparked and everything stated no longer worked. I had tried putting all of the wired back to normal to the radio clip and see if anything worked and it still didnt. I need help figuring out what the wire is or what i have to do to get it fixed.
