My vehicle just started making whistling sounds when I am driving. It happens between 15 and 45 mph and does not seem to be affected by braking or lane change. It keeps the same volume and pitch until I go below 15 mph. Does anyone have any idea what this might be? Thanks in advance for any help.

It sounds like the is could be a tensioner bearing is out but to be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
