Where is the body control module located?

Hello,

The "BCM" in your vehicle is called the ETWIS
Electronic Time and Warning Indicator Module

The Electronic Throttle Control (ETWIS) in a 2002 Kia Sportage is located behind the dashboard, near the steering column, and is accessed by removing the steering column cover.

Suggest to first check that no fuses have blown.
The door locks are controlled by the door lock fuse (20A) and Turn fuse(10A) in passenger compartment fuse block, also check radio fuse(10A)
