Recently I replaced steering rack fully because of oil leak. After that few weeks later I have a problem that when I steer the wheel to right in movement, then I tried to rotate left it was stuck. Still it turns to right but not a little to left. Then I turn the engine off for few minutes. Then I start the car and I tried to left hardly it was turning to left and no problem in running. Again it happens when I am parking slowly right and brake, then it is not re-centering or turning to left. When I tried I saw the steering fluid leaking like a fountain from the steering pump.

As much as I do not like to say it, because I know how bad some racks are to change, it sounds like the replacement rack is bad. That happens a lot these days, even with some factory parts. Quality seems to be a forgotten idea.
If this had happened immediately after install then I would say to look at where the lines are running but in this case where it failed weeks after the install I would say the internal seals failed and the fluid is going into the wrong areas and causing this.
