When I'm driving at 55 on main road when approaching a hill, I give it gas but nothing happens if as no torque converter resulting in me pressing the be throttle until the passing gear kicks in. I also noticed today while driving down the interstate going somewhere around 65 to 70 plus when I give it throttle it appears that the torque converter is locking up but it doesn't seem like it stays locked up you can feel the throttle response, but if you give it too much throttle nothing you almost have to barely give it any gas if that makes sense what seems to be my issue. I've replaced the crank position sensor the cam position sensor and throttle position sensor as well as the MAP sensor.

I think you are on the right path with the torque converter issue. I had one of these trucks and they are sensitive to fluid condition and level.

So, this is where we should start. Here is a guide that will help with checking the fluid level:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-and-add-transmission-fluid

Please run through this guide and then let's consult the info below because it contains specific issues that the converter will have based on fluid level and condition.

Also, we should drop the pan and look for metal or debris to help confirm a greater issue.

If this checks out, then we can dig further. Please let me know what questions you have on this. Thanks
