Hello,
Can you tell me what exactly the issue you are running into?
Are you having difficulty taking of the lug nuts?
Or the issue is the wheel is stuck on the hub?

If the lug nuts are off and the wheel is still stuck, it is simply seized on the hub. You will have to use a mallet or hammer to tap and release the wheel.
