This is most likely one of two things since it is only one wheel and if it were me, I would replace them both. It is normally either the caliper or the rubber line going to that caliper.
Either the caliper is locking up and seizing causing this issue, or the rubber line is swelling and not allowing the brake fluid to return to the reservoir.
If it were me, I would replace both of them because in order to do the caliper, you have to take the rubber line off it is so it is only disconnecting one more end of it and it is not worth risking not replacing it because if you chose the wrong one you will have to bleed the brakes again afterwards.
