After getting the car unstuck from a frozen puddle, the engine rattled and sputtered and the check engine light came on?

Last night I got stuck in what I thought was slushy snow, turns out it was a frozen over slush/water puddle. Right when I got my car unstuck, the engine rattled and sputtered, and the check engine light came on. I immediately turned my car off, but I needed to move out of the road so I turned it back on and there weren’t any noises or anything, I was able to pull a few feet off the road, but the check engine light was still on.
I've read I possibly could’ve hydro locked my engine, but I'm not sure if I did since it still starts and there weren’t any more noises. I'm wondering what I should do, should I try to drive it to an auto shop to get the engine light diagnosed? I checked the oil and there’s still enough in there, I've let my car sit overnight and in the sun all afternoon.

It sounds like you got water inside the intake manifold, is the engine still making noise? Also, we should run the codes to see what comes up. Does the engine seem to run okay now? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the engine noise and how it is running? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.

Here is how to get the codes from the computer:
