What is the name of this part

Good morning.

It looks like the hose is split where the line meets the intake manifold. Is that what you are referring to?

If it is, that is just a piece of vacuum line. You can remove both ends from the manifold and the purge valve and go to a parts store for a piece of vacuum line. The cost should be around two or three dollars at the most.
