Will turn over but will not crank

Will turn over but will not crank. new plugs, new crank sensor, new cam sensor. I have checked timing and firing order. what else could be wrong? Also, it has half tank of gas.

Do you have fuel pressure, injector pulse and a good spark? has it been over heated? if so do a compression test as well.
