A/C is pretty cool, but not as cold as I think it should be, and takes a while to cool the car, particularly for those in the back seat.
After driving about seventy miles with the A/C on, it began leaking from the blower motor resistor.
Any ideas on what the problem is or where the leak could be remedied? This only happens when A/C is running. There is also a small drip from the drain hole under the hood (my understanding is that this is where it should be leaking/dripping).

Good evening.

The drain under the hood sounds like it is partially blocked with debris. You should go the rubber end and clean it out of all debris. There should be a good flow of water with the AC running.

Well I blew it with an air hose and a good amount of water came streaming out for about five seconds it seemed. Ran it for about thirty minutes and no more water on the floor and it drips like normal from under the hood. So, where did the debris go? Is it possible to get it out? Is it probably going to re-clog the drain? Any way to find out what was clogging it?

If you blew it into the case, then you just relocated the debris temporarily. It will clog up again at some point.

I usually get a coat hanger and fish out the debris a little at a time. It takes some time but gets out the debris.

What is the shape of the cavity? Do I need to bend the hanger, turn it any particular direction, or angle it a certain way?

Just hook the end of the hanger and grab the debris at the opening of the drain. Do not go into the case as you may damage the evaporator.
