If that's engine coolant, suspect a leaking heater core. If it's water, suspect the air conditioning condensate drain tube is blocked. Look under the hood on the passenger side of the firewall for a 4" long rubber hose with a 90 degree bend hanging down. Squeeze the end of that hose to open it up. If nothing comes out, squeeze the wire ring that holds it on, remove it, then poke a pencil into the plastic drain tube to see if you can dislodge any debris.
