The best way is to remove the seats, console, carpet then use a shop vac to suck out the water and most importantly find out the source of the water leak, unless you know where it came from and have fixed that already. Another way is to peel up the corners of the carpet the best you can and suck out the water with a wet vac and let the vehicle bake in the sun with all of the windows open, perfect use of the summer heat! This is the less intrusive way but harder to get all of the water out unfortunately.
