The mechanic suggested to replace lot of parts after the breakdown last week and cylinder head is about to be replaced. We wanted to completely check all the other parts before assembling and he asked me to replace one specific part for which I cannot get the exact name. He calls it the silencer cooler but no where was I able to find any such part. When asked about its function, he says that it is used to convert a part of exhaust into water and I have the image of it also. It looks like a box with couple of outlet pipes and an inlet. Please help me with this as I am a complete novice in automotive. Thanking you in advance.
