I noticed that my check engine light was flashing, and car felt a little sluggish. After stopping and starting the car. I revved the engine in park. The check engine light flashed and the Vtm-4 light came on. I had just bought gas, could that possibly be it?

Hello thanks for using 2CarPros. the vtm is the variable torque management system. The check light means there's a diagnostic trouble code stored in the computer. You can stop by pretty much any parts store and they will scan the computer for free. This will give you direction on figuring out what's wrong with it. Here is a guide to help with understanding the scanning part of things:

It shouldn't have anything to do with getting gas. But make sure your gas cap is tight and closed all the way. Let us know what you find. Hope this helps.

I will stop at an AutoZone. The VSA light is also on, with the VTM-4 and the check engine light flashing.

I'm sure all the lights being on is related, the codes will give you an idea of where to start.
