I have a volvo V70 Cross Country, 2001 with 70 K miles. The cooling fan will not stop when I turn the ignition off . This obviously drain the battery....If I disconncet the battery, the fan will then stop. any idea what is wrong ?? can I fix this my self if not how much it might cost ?? thanks
