I have a 1998 Volvo S70 GL. Small engine. If I fail to crank the car in 48 hours, the battery will die. I can jump the car, let it run for 20 min. And all is fine. Unless I fail to crank it again in two days.
The car has a new batter and a new alternator.
It seems something is drawing energy all the time. I'm wondering if it's a computer problem or an electrical short of some kind.

Get a test lite remove positive battery cable put testlite alligator clip on the cable and pierce the battery positive post with the other end. If the test lite lits you have a short-now start removing fuses one at a time the one that turns the lite off is the problem circuit
